Creative Play Policies

Please try to book your trip at least 7 days in advance.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. 

**PLEASE NOTE: FIELD TRIPS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AHEAD OF TIME AT NO EXTRA COST** 

Field trip groups must have a minimum of 10 children in order to receive field trip rates and must be a school, learning site, daycare, or other types of an educational facility to include homeschool. 

Maximum capacity preferred for a field trip group is 50 guests, including adults. Please contact if additional guests need accommodation.

Field Trip time is limited to 2 hours unless additional time is requested.

Groups must follow all policies of Creative Play. This should be communicated to all teachers and chaperones prior to arrival. 

All field trip attendees must have a signed waiver on file in order to enter Creative Play.

Adults are required to stay with children and supervise/interact with them. We do not currently have a minimum adult to child ratio, but field trip organizers are responsible for ensuring that there are enough adult attendees to properly supervise children in an open-play setting.

Admission will be charged for all children who visit with the field trip, including siblings 2 and up.

Discounts and promotion codes do not apply to field trips unless specifically listed.

To expedite entry, please have a complete head count and waivers completed prior to arrival.

If your group arrives late, the total field trip time may need to be shortened based on the day’s schedule.

Creative Play reserves the right to terminate without refund if policies are not followed or if group is causing any damage or an unsafe environment.
